Upon the upfront payment, the customer obtains rights to use our templates for his own purposes and needs.
- You can use our templates & tools for one or more projects (personal or commercial projects). You can use our templates & tools for commercial projects, as long as you are the owner of the templates & tools or projects.
- You can customize our templates & tools to match your own company branding & identity.
- As a customer of our templates & tools you obtain unrestricted access to edit, print, backup, copy, customize and use our products.

Customers ARE NOT allowed to:
- Customers cannot resell or distribute our templates & tools in any 3rd party websites or business, offline or online.
- Our products are NOT distributable. Even if you have a membership subscription or purchased templates & tools from our site, you cannot provide them for free or resell the products (unedited or modified version) in any other website or media device.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Template124 we strive to make our customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. We are confident that our products are useful. If you’re having trouble with premium Templates, Tools, and Product or believe it is defective, and/or you’re feeling frustrated, please send us an email (support@template124 or email@example.com) by stating the issues and we will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged Templates or Tools, we will request from you a link and/or a screen-shot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products, Templates except if the product you’ve purchased is …
- completely non-functional,
- and you’ve reported the problem to us but you didn’t get any response in 48h (two business days only),
- and/or product main description was fully misleading.
– then you do have the option to request a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations…
- you have changed your mind about an item/subscription,
- you bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you,
- you refused to provide to our support team about the problem to investigate our products which you are having an issue with,
- it has expired more than 7 days after purchase and you even didn’t report at least once with a real issue.
Template124 offer a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case Template124 has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that:
- You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
- If you will get a refund you cannot use downloaded premium products and you can not access your account at Template124 any more.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date you request to reflect in your account.
- We reserve the right to protect our source codes, no access will be given to open our code modules.
